Honestly, my phpAudit system has been very stable. My biggest beef with it is administration and setup as it wasn't really designed for desktop apps. And it's not end user, bend over backwards, friendly.

I've had nothing but headaches (no pun intended) with program registration for my freeware. Every registration scheme I've used has led to program crashes or registration failures on users' machines with updates in REALbasic or updates in operating systems. I'd love to find a robust registration scheme that won't make my software unstable.
